Common Living Rules in D’Plaj Residence

  1. Bicycles, strollers, scooters, or any items that may obstruct movement or disturb the general appearance should not be left in front of apartment entrances or common areas.
  2. Shoes, slippers, beach toys, and similar items should not be left in front of apartment doors, even for short periods.
  3. Portable grills and barbecues are prohibited on balconies.
  4. Clotheslines or items for drying or airing purposes should not be hung or shaken on balconies.
  5. Garbage should be placed in front of doors with sealed lids. Garbage collection service is provided every two hours from 07:00 in the morning until midnight.
  6. Pets are not allowed to roam freely without a leash within the facility or enter the pool.
  7. Pet waste should be handled outside the facility.
  8. The residence pool is for residence guests only. The large pool on the site side is for site residents and cannot be used by residence occupants.
  9. Barbelo Cafe & Restaurant is reserved for site residents. Residence guests can use Villa Azur Beach & Restaurant.
  10. Pool hours are from 08:00 to 20:00. The pool should not be used outside of these hours due to maintenance for health reasons.
  11. Adherence to the rules specified on signs around the pool area is of great importance for health and hygiene.
  12. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to use the pier.
  13. Bed linens and towels are provided in the apartments. Textile changes for residence apartments are subject to a fee. Additionally, beach towel service is provided free of charge by personnel at the beach and pool areas.
  14. The beach area allocated for the residence is between Villa Azur Beach and D’Plaj Houses Site Beach and is exclusively for residence guests.
  15. Cabanas, canopies, and sun loungers on the pier and at Villa Azur Beach are used based on spending limits. For information and reservations regarding fees, you can call 0530 900 70 77.
  16. Reception and security are available 24 hours a day.

  18. The residence check-in time is 16:00, and the check-out time is 10:00. It is necessary to adhere to these times to ensure high-quality cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  19. From June 1st to September 30th, valet service is provided along with the year-round parking service. One parking space and valet service per residence are included in the residence rental fee.
  20. You can use the facilities within D’Club (gym, hammam, sauna, massage, hairdresser) for an additional fee.
  21. Apartment cleaning services are chargeable. You can request cleaning service from the reception.
