Common Living Rules in D’Plaj Residence

Life in D’Plaj
Please do not place any bicycles, strollers, scooters, etc. at flat entrances and common areas in a way that will obstruct movement and spoil the general appearance.

  1. Please do not leave any shoes, slippers, beach toys and etc. in front of the flat entrances even for a short period.
  2. It is forbidden to have barbecues and use portable grills in the balcony.
  3. Laundry, carpets and items cannot be hung or shaken on balconies for drying or ventilation purposes.
  4. Garbage should be left in front of the door with its mouth closed. Garbage collection service is provided every two hours from 07:00 in the morning until 24:00.
  5. Pets are prohibited from wandering freely within the facility without a leash and entering the pool.
  6. Pets’ toilet needs must be met outside the facility.
  7. The pool in front of D’Club belongs to the residence guests. The large pool on the apartment side belongs to the apartment guests and cannot be used by the residence guests.
  8. Barbelo Cafe & Restaurant is reserved for the use of apartment guests. Residence guests will be able to use Villa Azur Beach & Restaurant.
  9. Pool is open between 08:00 – 20:00. Since pool maintenance is carried out outside these hours, its use is prohibited for your health.
  10. Compliance with the rules stated on the signs around the pool is of great importance in terms of health and hygiene.
  11. Children under the age of 14 are prohibited from using the pier.
  12. Bed sheets and towels can be find in the apartments with additional spares. Also, beach towel service is provided by the staff at the beach and pool area.
  13. The free beach area allocated to the Residence guests is in the area between Villa Azur Beach and D’Plaj Houses Beach and is reserved only for residence guests.
  14. Cabanas, nets and sun loungers on the pier and in the Villa Azur Beach area can be used with a spending limit. For information about fees and reservations, you can call 0530 900 70 77.
  15. Reception and security are available 24 hours a day.

  17. Residence check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. These hours must be adhered to in order to ensure high quality cleaning and hygiene standards of the rooms.
  18. Parking Service provided throughout the year. Valet service is only available between 01 June and 30 September. 1 car fee per residence is included in the rental fee.
  19. Activity areas within D’Club (gym, Turkish bath, sauna, massage, Kids Club, Hairdresser) are subject to an extra fee. For information, you can check the D’Club contact numbers.
  20. Apartment cleaning services are chargeable. You can request cleaning service from the reception.
