Common Living Rules in D’Plaj Residence

  1. Items such as bicycles, prams, scooters etc., should not be left in the entrances of the apartments and common places in a way that will prevent movement and disrupt the general appearance.
  2. Items such as shoes, slippers, sea toys etc., should not be left in front of the apartment doors even for a short period of time.
  3. Portable grills and barbeques are not allowed on the balconies.
  4. Laundries, carpets, or furnitures cannot be hung or shaken on balconies for drying or ventilation purposes.
  5. Garbage bags should be tied and left in the front of the apartment doors. Garbage collection service is carried out every two hours from 07:00 in the morning until 24:00.
  6. Pets are not allowed to enter the pool and roam freely in the facility without their leash. Toilet needs of pets must be met outside the facility.
  7. The pool in front of D’Club belongs to the residence guests. The large pool on the side of the site belongs to the site residents and cannot be used by residence guests.
  8. Barbelo Cafe & Restaurant is reserved for the use of the Site Residents. Residence guests will be able to use Villa Azur Beach Restaurant.
  9. Swimming pool is in use between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00. It is forbidden to use the pool except these hours for your health, as the pool and maintenance spraying is done outside these hours.
  10. Compliance with the rules specified in the signs around the pool is of great importance in terms of health and hygiene.
  11. Beach towels are provided as a spare in the apartments. In addition, beach towel service is provided from the staff at the beach and pool area.
  12. Children under the age of 15 are prohibited from using the pier.
  13. The free beach area allocated to the residence is in the area between Villa Azur Beach and D’Plaj Houses and is reserved for residents only.
  14. The pier and Villa Azur Beach sunbeds are used in return the spending limit. For information about fees and reservation, you can call 0530 900 70 77.
  15. Reception and security services are available for 24 hours.

  17. Residence check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. In order to ensure the cleanliness of the rooms and the high quality of hygiene standards, we kindly ask you to comply with these hours.
  18. Valet service is available throughout the season. The cost of one vehicle per residence is included in the rental fee.
  19. Activity areas in D Club (Gym, Turkish bath, sauna, massage, skin care, G5 Cellulite care, Kids Club, Hairdresser) are subject to an extra fee. For information about fees and reservation, you can call 0530 664 44 53.
  20. Apartment cleaning services are paid. You can request cleaning service at the reception. You can contact the reception for any questions and technical support regarding your residence apartment.
