Common Living Rules in D’Plaj Residence

  1. Bicycles, strollers, scooters, or similar items must not be left at apartment entrances or in common areas in a way that obstructs movement or disrupts the general appearance.
  2. Shoes, slippers, beach toys, or similar items must not be left in front of apartment doors, even for short periods.
  3. The use of portable grills or barbecues on balconies is prohibited.
  4. Hanging or shaking laundry, carpets, or any items on balconies for drying or airing purposes is not allowed.
  5. Garbage must be placed in front of apartment doors in securely closed bags. Garbage collection service is provided every two hours from 07:00 until 24:00.
  6. Pets are not allowed to roam freely without a leash within the facility or enter the pool. Guests bringing pets are fully responsible for all legal liabilities and any damages that may occur.
  7. Pets’ toilet needs must be handled outside the facility.
  8. The pool in front of D’Club belongs exclusively to residence guests. The large pool on the site side belongs to site residents only and cannot be used by residence guests.
  9. Barbelo Cafe & Restaurant operates on the site side. Residence guests may order takeaway from Barbelo Restaurant by calling +90 530 257 03 31 or may use Villa Azur Beach Restaurant.
  10. Pool usage hours are between 08:00 and 20:00. Use of the pool outside these hours is prohibited due to maintenance for health and safety reasons.
  11. Compliance with the rules stated on the signs around the pool area is essential for health and hygiene.
  12. Children under the age of 15 are not allowed to use the pier.
  13. Beach towels are provided in the apartments with spare sets. In addition, beach towel service is available from the staff at the beach and pool areas.
  14. The free beach area allocated to the residence is located between Villa Azur Beach and D’Plaj Houses and is reserved exclusively for residence guests.
  15. Sunbeds on the pier and at Villa Azur Beach are available in exchange for a minimum spending limit. For pricing information and reservations, please call +90 530 900 70 77.
  16. Reception and security services are available 24 hours a day.
  17. You can find the contact numbers of all D’Plaj facilities in the “Useful Phone Numbers” list via the QR code provided in the apartment.
  18. Residence check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. Compliance with these times is required to maintain high cleaning and hygiene standards.
  19. The CUSTOMER acknowledges that D’Plaj Residence Complex does not have a private parking area. Within the Tilkicik District, block 712, parcel 7 where D’Plaj Residence is located, there is a separately operated paid private parking area. Valet service is provided throughout the season. One vehicle per residence is included in the rental fee. Paid transfer services are also available.
  20. Activity areas within D’Club (gym, Turkish bath, sauna, massage, hairdresser) are subject to extra charges. For pricing information and reservations, please contact Reception at +90 533 156 81 90.
  21. Apartment cleaning services are subject to an additional fee. You may obtain information and request cleaning services from Reception. Additional charges apply for linen and towel changes outside the cleaning service.
  22. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of D’Plaj Residence. The use of any cigarettes or tobacco products inside the apartments is not permitted.
