Common Living Rules in D’Plaj Residence

  1. Bicycles, strollers, scooters, and similar items should not be left in apartment entrances or common areas in a way that obstructs movement or disrupts the overall appearance.
  2. Shoes, slippers, beach toys, and similar items should not be left in front of apartment doors, even for a short time.
  3. Using portable grills or barbecues on balconies is strictly prohibited.
  4. Laundry, carpets, or other items should not be hung or shaken on balconies for drying or airing purposes.
  5. Trash should be placed outside apartment doors with their bags securely closed. The garbage collection service operates every two hours from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
  6. Pets are not allowed to roam freely without a leash or enter the pool area.
  7. Pets must be taken outside the facility for their toilet needs.
  8. The Residence Pool is exclusively for residence guests. The large pool on the complex side is for complex residents only and cannot be used by residence guests.
  9. Barbelo Café & Restaurant is reserved for complex residents. Residence guests may use Villa Azur Beach & Restaurant.
  10. Pool usage hours are 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. For health and safety reasons, the pool should not be used outside these hours as maintenance is conducted.
  11. It is essential to follow the pool rules displayed on signs around the pool area for health and hygiene reasons.
  12. Children under 14 years old are not allowed to use the pier.
  13. Extra sets of bed linens and towels are provided in the apartments. Textile changes for residence apartments are subject to an additional fee. Beach towels can be obtained free of charge from staff in the beach and pool areas.
  14. The beach area allocated for residence guests is located between Villa Azur Beach and D’Plaj Residences Beach and is reserved exclusively for residence guests.
  15. Cabanas, canopy beds, and sun loungers at the pier and Villa Azur Beach area require a minimum spending limit. For pricing and reservations, please contact +90 530 900 70 77.

  18. Check-in time for residences is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. To maintain high cleaning and hygiene standards, guests must adhere to these times.
  19. From June 1 to September 30, in addition to the year-round parking service, valet and transfer services are also available. One parking space and valet service per residence is included in the rental fee.
  20. Facilities within D’Club (gym, spa, hammam, sauna, massage) are available for an additional fee.
  21. Apartment cleaning services are subject to a charge. You may request cleaning services from Reception.
